INTRODUCTION
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Oficial Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 12 August 2026.
However, Article 67(5) shall apply from 12 February 2029.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 19 December 2024.

自2026年8月12日起生效。
但第67条第5款自2029年2月12日起适用。
